OUR HOMES - THE SUITEST ROMA is a project born from our passion for hospitality, designed to host groups of families and friends, with the goal of making you feel at home, even while on vacation, with a touch of elegance and authenticity. The THE SUITEST apartments are located in the heart of Rome, just a few meters from the imposing Aurelian Walls, built at the end of the 3rd century AD. The location is central and well connected, in the Appio Latino district—a renowned residential area that is both charming and lively, full of local spots and services. It’s the perfect place to discover Rome through the eyes of those who live it every day. Staying in our accommodations offers a unique opportunity to visit Rome with style and comfort, surrounded by the wonders of the Eternal City. Our location is strategic: nearby you can visit on foot the Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, Latin Walls, Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus, and the Catacombs of San Callisto and San Sebastiano, the heart of Rome just steps away! Each of our two apartments offers double and family bedrooms, equipped with every comfort and featuring a modern and cozy design with views of the inner gardens, an ideal place to relax after being swept up in the energy of our beautiful city. Each apartment includes 2 comfortable bathrooms, fully equipped, and a bright living area with a kitchen fitted with every appliance and accessory—just like home. The apartments are well connected by public transport, just a short distance from two main metro stations (Line A/San Giovanni, about 20 minutes on foot, and Line C/Porta Metronia, opening on December 8, 2025, about 200 meters away), several bus lines (including 628 and 360, with stops near the building toward the city center and San Giovanni/Termini Station), and a taxi stand. The new Porta Metronia Metro C station, which will connect us to the Colosseum in just one stop, was built within a unique and authentic archaeological site, earning it the title of a “Museum Station”. Excavations have uncovered ancient Roman barracks dating back to the first half of the 2nd century AD; visitors will be able to admire the so-called “Commander’s House” and the home of a centurion, with original mosaics on public display.

OUR PHILOSOPHY - Everything around us speaks of history, but what inspired us to begin this adventure is the deep bond we share with family and friendship. Offering the chance to create joyful memories during such an exciting holiday—by sharing an apartment all together—allows us to write our story, made of lived and shared moments.
